Public consultation is now open on the Woodside Care Precinct in East Fremantle.
This follows Hall & Prior’s decision earlier this year to lodge a development application with the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
The development application includes a residential aged care facility with 160 beds, basement parking, café, wellness centre; and two supported independent living houses each catering for three residents and a carer.
Public consultation, as part of the assessment for the WAPC, is open until 18 August.
